We send an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then review the issue. This may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
If our reply leaves your concern unresolved, respond and request another review. You may also seek help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be another resource when the complaint involves a licensed contractor.
